Pipedream Fetish Fantasy Elite Vibrating Panty Review

I made a video about these panties when I first started reviewing products, and while that video is no longer available, I bought the panties myself and decided to publish a written review. The Fetish Fantasy Elite Vibrating Panty is a cute little set that I had high hopes for. For the most part, it delivered on design and comfort. The panties are great quality, and the ergonomic silicone form that holds the bullet is excellent. The main issue, however, lies with the bullet vibrator itself, which is honestly so weak as to be almost useless.

Vibrating panties are often the stuff of cheesy rom-com scenes, but I doubt you’d be able to use these in such a way. Instead, they are better suited for a gentle warmup or for holding a vibe in place during foreplay. You can wear them while performing oral sex or simply lounging around.

Design and Materials

The panties are a blend of nylon and a small percentage of spandex, with a 100% cotton crotch—a feature many people prefer for breathability and comfort. They also have a small pink satin bow and cute pink polka dots on a white background. The fabric feels strong, and the edges seem durable, so they are unlikely to run or tear. The bikini style is classic and appealing.

The vibrating form is made of lush white silicone, a top-tier material for body-safe toys. Because it is non-porous, phthalate-free, latex-free, and hypoallergenic, it is safe to share as long as it’s cleaned properly. The smooth texture of silicone feels great against the body, even for external use.

The bullet vibrator is made of plastic, a non-porous material that is also considered body-safe. Since the bullet remains inside the silicone form, it shouldn’t pose any issues.

All the components—the panties, the silicone form, the bullet, and the included mask—had no effect on my sense of taste or smell.

Fit and Sizing

The panties come in two sizes: “one size fits most” and a “plus size.” The “one size fits most” is designed for a standard fit, but the plus-size version is more of an XL. The design is classic bikini style.

In the crotch of the panties, two elastic loops attached to the inner panel hold the silicone form securely in place, and they work quite well.

The form itself is a cool design. It’s shaped like a mollusk, with a wide end where the bullet fits in and a tapered tail that can be positioned to wrap around your backside or point toward your clitoris. It features rounded ridges that conform nicely to the length of your vulva. The bottom is flat while the top curves, making it an ergonomic fit. The hole perfectly fits the included bullet, but you’ll likely want to use a replacement because the original is simply not strong enough. Finding a replacement bullet can be tricky, as most are a bit too skinny, but a We-Vibe Tango or Salsa will work, though they might slip out if you don’t secure them properly.

Function and Performance

The included bullet is, to be blunt, underpowered. At most, it reaches a vibration level of 2/5, and that’s being generous. What good are three speeds and four pulsation settings if you can barely feel the vibrations? I find that most bullet vibrators are at least a 3/5, which is still not enough for me to reach orgasm, and this one is nowhere near that. It’s operated easily enough, with a large button on one end, but the major design flaw is that the tapered hole in the silicone form makes it difficult to find a perfectly fitting replacement bullet.

The toy is very quiet, with a noise level of only 1/5. If you replace the bullet, the noise level will depend on the new vibrator and how well it fits in the form. The silicone form itself is waterproof, and it could probably fit nicely under a bikini if you wanted to try it in a hot tub, assuming your replacement bullet is also waterproof.

Care and Cleaning

The panties are machine washable and dryable. I recommend washing them with other light-colored clothing.

The silicone form can be cleaned with antibacterial soap and warm water or a 10% bleach solution. For complete sterilization, it is safe to boil it or put it in your dishwasher.

Remember the one important rule for silicone: avoid prolonged contact with other solid silicone or silicone blend products, and never use a silicone-based lube with it. While there is some debate about whether oil-based lubes are safe, I personally stick with a water-based lube. My favorite is Intimate Organics Defense, as it helps prevent the spread of HPV and also helps prevent yeast infections, which is an issue I often have with other lubes.

The bullet takes three watch batteries. I’m not sure how long they last because the bullet is too weak to be used for more than a few minutes at a time.

Verdict and Value

The Fetish Fantasy Elite Vibrating Panty came in an attractive pink and white box with a picture of the contents. Inside were some nice extras: a small bottle of lube (which contains glycerin, so it may cause yeast infections for some), a toy cleaner, and a silicone mask that, despite being a little small, still fit my head. The box is thick and strong enough to be used for storage.

I believe vibrating panties are designed for novelty or for a gentle warmup. So far, I haven’t found one that provides enough pressure to help me reach an orgasm. That said, this is a decent example for someone new to sex toys—it’s fun and, thanks to the media, is often seen as a socially acceptable “toy.” It would make a great bachelorette gift that is sexy without being overly provocative.

I loved that the panties themselves were pretty and comfortable. The form fits so nicely against my vulva; unlike other bullet-style panties or harnesses that often don’t sit in the right place, this one is different. As long as you have a strong enough replacement bullet, the vibrations can be felt throughout your labia and against your clitoris. While it doesn’t provide the pressure I need to orgasm, it still feels great.
